Fans go wild over Cheer Chen
When the Taiwanese indie darling went up close to them, they showed that they were just as capable of jostling, screaming and showing their love for their music goddess.
At her recent ‘A Piece of Summer II’ concert at Max Pavilion, Chen went off the stage twice to get intimate with fans.
During the encore segment, she even played the piano right in the middle of the hall, amidst the frenzied fans. And when she crooned ‘Tell Me’, one of her all-time crowd-pleasers, the 3,500-strong crowd sang along without missing a beat.
At 35-years old, the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist is still blessed with a youthful face and childlike voice. Her three-hour long concert featured more than 30 songs, and her rock numbers and sentimental hits both scored well with fans.

把钢琴搬到观众席中央自弹自唱，陈绮贞演唱会下台和歌迷面对面唱歌，引起歌迷疯狂推挤尖叫！
陈绮贞昨晚的《夏季练习曲》演唱会不走华丽路线，没有绚丽的舞台和服装，而且歌多话少，但歌迷的热情不减，掌声和尖叫都没有少给。
惊喜连连乐坏歌迷
陈绮贞也没让歌迷失望，以她朴实而温暖的歌声回馈到场的3500名观众之余，也带来一些小惊喜。
小惊喜之一，是陈绮贞这次选唱了许多以往演唱会少唱，甚至没有唱过的歌曲，如《失明前我想記得的四十七件事 》、《静静的生活》、《越洋电话》、《表面的和平》、《小小校歌》等，演唱会的尾声陈绮贞还唱了新创作《蜉蝣》。
小惊喜二，是演唱会上播放陈绮贞和伙伴们的生活片段，扣着演唱会“夏天”的主题，让歌迷们看到陈绮贞吃冰、骑脚车、游泳的画面。而在演唱《最初的起点》时屏幕上还放映陈绮贞小时候的照片。
但最大的惊喜，还是在第二次encore之后陈绮贞上台，笑着说：“我还要继续唱，而且我会走到台下唱！”接着她在歌迷的欢呼声中走下台，由保安人员“开路”走向观众席中央，在一台钢琴前坐下然后自弹自唱。此时大批兴奋的歌迷已经团团包围着陈绮贞，难得有机会如此近距离欣赏偶像唱歌，大家都拿起相机猛拍。陈绮贞在弹唱了《小小校歌》及《告诉我》两首歌之后就回到台上。
虽然演唱多首较“冷门”的歌曲，但必唱的经典歌曲陈绮贞都一一满足歌迷，《旅行的意义》更唱了两个版本，在演唱《还是会寂寞》、《太聪明》、《鱼》等时全场一起大合唱，气氛感人。在演唱《躺在你的衣柜》和《让我想一想》等快歌时，歌迷也站起来随着陈绮贞又唱又跳！
